When we set out to create the NOSSA Core, the goal wasn’t to make another padel racket — it was to make the right one. That meant finding a production partner capable of delivering world-class precision, consistency, and finish at a price that kept NOSSA accessible to serious players — not just professionals.
Starting the Search in Europe
Our journey began close to home. We explored manufacturing options across Spain, Portugal, and Italy — countries with deep padel roots and a reputation for sporting craftsmanship. While the build quality was solid, the cost of production in Europe would have pushed the final retail price far beyond what we believe a top-quality racket should cost.
We wanted the NOSSA Core to feel and perform like a pro racket, but remain within reach for players who simply take the game seriously. To do that, we needed a partner who could deliver both precision and scalability — without compromising materials or finish.
Studying How the Top Brands Build Their Rackets
To ensure we were benchmarking correctly, we looked at where the world’s leading padel brands — including Wilson, Bullpadel, and Babolat — produce their rackets. The answer was consistent: the highest-performing rackets are made in specialist facilities in China, where advanced carbon moulding techniques and precision curing processes have been refined over decades.
Why We Chose Our Factory
After testing several manufacturers, we partnered with one of the most advanced facilities in China — the same one trusted by global padel brands for its quality control and consistency. This factory combines cutting-edge technology with expert craftsmanship: technicians who work daily with aerospace-grade 12K carbon fibre and specialised 3D surface moulds.
